Auction will be online only with pick up on location in Myrtle Springs. Address will be provided before pick up. Pick up will be 2/27 - 2/28 10 am to 5pm.
Preview will be online only, if you wish to make an appointment we will make that arrangement.
Buyers Premium is 15% Cash or Credit Only.
Shipping is available on all items except furniture and you can arrange shipping for that if you need it.

ALL Items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults.
All descriptions are believed to be accurate but NOT guaranteed.
Bidders inspection is encouraged, by photo or in person.
By placing a bit, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. Therefore, no returns, refunds, or refusal to remove your items for our auction house, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
15% Buyers premium rate charged to bidders.
We accept Cash or credit cards. Credit will be charged immediately after the auction ends.
Pick up customers: Pick up is normally on Saturday and Sunday after the auction ends. You have until Sunday at 5pm to pick up the items.
Shipping customers: Let us know up front you will need shipping on any items won. We charge a $10 Handling fee to pull your order and transport it to our 3rd party shipper. 3rd party shipper will contact you with options and you will pay him direct for shipping.
If items are left for any reason past 20 days past the auction, we will charge you full price and resell you items at our convenience.
Auctioneer had the right to accept bids in the increments he chooses. He also has the right to pass on any bid he feels in not in the best interest of his clients.

Check out: At the end of the auction, we will run your credit card for payment. The payment will include the $10 Handling fee if you chose shipping. Our 3rd party shipper will get in touch with you after he receives your items which may be up to 5 days after the auction.

Sales tax will be collected if we do not have you tax id # on file. If you have one add it to the auctioneer notes when you register. If you dont let us know, dont ask for tax refund.
